Brand New Products:

  • All items are sold as described.
  • Any discrepancies in quantity or condition must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
  • All sales are final; returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product was not received.
  • Warranties, if applicable, are provided exclusively by the manufacturers.

Preowned Products:

  • All items are sold as described.
  • Report any discrepancies within 3 days for a replacement, subject to stock availability.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items that are damaged or missing original packaging will be refused.
  • Products sold “AS IS” are not eligible for return, exchange, or claims.
  • All items have been tested and are R2 ready for reuse or resale.
  • Customers agree to cover all collection costs, including attorney fees.

Retail Return Policies for Electronics

General Return Policy:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Defective Products:

  • After 30 days, defective items may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened items that are returned, except in cases of defective merchandise.

Non-Returnable Items:
